Guide

What Amelia can do for you, and how to ask.

Amelia lives in her app. Ask her about your business or give her work, by text or by voice, in your own words. This page lists everything she can do today. The screens on it are examples.

How a request works

  1. 1You ask

Type or say it in your own words. No special phrasing.

  2. 2She looks it up

Questions get an answer straight away, from your own business data.

  3. 3She prepares a card

Anything that changes something or contacts someone comes back as a card with exactly what will happen.

  4. 4You approve, she does it

Tap Approve and she carries it out, then shows you the result.

Card from AmeliaMove the visit to Thursday, 2 PM, then text the customer
  • Visit: Tuesday 10 AM → Thursday 2 PM
  • Text: “Your visit is now Thursday at 2 PM.”

Tasks she runs on her own

Some jobs take hours or days: waiting for a reply, a date, a payment. Give her the whole job once, and she sees it through.

  1. 1You approve it once

She shows you the goal, who she may contact, how, and by when. Nothing starts until you tap Approve.

  2. 2She stays inside the limits

Each task has a limit on how many messages she sends and how many people she contacts, a deadline, and at most one reminder.

  3. 3If anything changes, she stops

If the visit moves, someone new is involved, she isn’t sure, or a limit or deadline is reached, she pauses and asks you.

  4. 4She reports back

You see each step as it happens and get the result when it’s done.

“Find out when the tech gets there and tell the customer.”
  1. Texts your tech and asks for an arrival time
  2. Waits for the reply, reminds once if needed
  3. Checks the visit is still the same
  4. Texts the customer the time
  5. Reports back to you
“If this invoice isn’t paid by Friday, send one reminder.”
  1. Waits until Friday
  2. Checks the invoice is still unpaid
  3. Resends the same invoice and link once
  4. Tells you it went out
“Ask the customer to confirm tomorrow’s visit and let me know.”
  1. Texts the customer
  2. Waits for a yes or no, reminds once
  3. Brings you the answer

What she won’t do

  • Act on your requests without approval. Anything you ask her to do in the app that changes something or contacts someone waits for your tap. With customers, she books only inside your services, prices, hours and area.
  • Book outside your area. Every address is checked against the ZIP codes you serve.
  • Make things up. She answers from your data, prices and info. If it isn’t there, she asks you.
  • Change your settings. Your services, prices, hours, area and team stay as you set them; she uses them, you change them.
